The studio is open from Monday to Sunday, align with the class schedule: doors open 30 minutes before each class and stay open for 30 minutes after. That gives you time to get ready, chat, or simply enjoy the space before and after your workout.

There’s plenty of parking near the studio. You can park at Parking Ledeberg, at Ledebergplein or in the surrounding streets. Rates start at €0.50 for 30 minutes and go up to €2 for 2 hours.

All our classes are beginner-friendly and easily adaptable to any fitness level.

No showers, but we’ve got cozy little fitting rooms where you can easily change before or after your workout.
